SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for the project planning and support in the Brand & Creative Team, for the Marketing Organization. This role is part of a four-person project management team, reporting to a project manager.

- Assist in the development and refinement of project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources; also refines existing plans;
- Coordinate and communicate the execution of a defined set of tasks in the project plan to achieve the project goals; Work closely with stakeholders and creative team till project hand off or completion;
- Work closely with legal POC to ensure all assets are reviewed, vetted, and distributed for all channels;
- Track changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes;
- Record detailed stakeholder requirements, constraints, and assumptions to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders;
- Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project;
- Assist with the evolution of project processes and workflow in support of the dynamic needs of K12's business.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous project management experience and relevant certifications in project management
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $41,865.00 to $95,368.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
