RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Project Manager.Responsibilities:- Task-driven management, focusing on governance, due diligence, and ensuring smooth processes between two opposing sides (Sony Interactive Entertainment and the client)
- Will act as a -conduit- without mediating directly, focusing on governance by making clear decisions and handling issues as they arise
- A scribe (stenographer) will attend all meetings, documenting discussions for accurate understanding
- In the early stages, the PM will work full-time to assess effort distribution and potential time allocation per week
- Expected to work with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to update artifacts but not create anything new
REQUIREMENTS:
- Publishing and Gaming Knowledge: Familiarity with the publishing workspace; gaming experience is highly valued
- Governance Focus: Proven ability to maintain and improve governance and due diligence processes, with the confidence to address documentation
- Strong project management (PM) experience needed, as leaders are juggling multiple priorities; The PM will help align everyone to a shared focus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
