Your new company

Respected construction and development services company with an average revenue of $250m. They serve clients across hospitality, residential, commercial, corporate interiors, healthcare and educational sectors, and complete both ground up and interior projects. The commercial interiors division of this company is growing, and as a result a need has arisen for an experienced PM to oversee renovations and fit outs ranging from $5M to $20M in Manhattan.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you will manage interior projects $5M+ based in Manhattan.
Your role will also involve the programming and planning of future projects in addition to client/account management and oversight of Junior Project Managers and APM's.
The company has dedicated scheduling departments and utilizes BIM and proprietary software to ensure the efficiency of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for Project Managers with a thorough understanding of the construction industry practices, processes and standards in addition to experience of working on interior projects. You should also have demonstrable experience of leading Project Management teams.A college degree in engineering, architecture or construction is also highly desirable.
