Your new company:

A well-known, successful general contractor that has been in operation for 50+ years are looking to hire a Project Manager to work on a long-standing contract that they have held for multiple years. Ideal Project Managers for this position will have 8+ years of experience and have worked on mechanical construction or infrastructure upgrade packages. Successful applicants could come from either a subcontractor or general contractor background.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Project Managers from a mechanical subcontractor background or with a general contractor where you have had exposure to the delivery of mechanical construction packages.
• 8+ years of construction industry experience.
• Software proficiency in Procore is preferred however not required in lieu of general construction software knowledge.
• Ability to be on-site on projects in the DC, MD and VA area but primary role will be based in the office.

What you'll get in return:

• Excellent base salary up to $130K.
• Monthly vehicle allowance of $500

• 3 weeks starting Paid Time Off.
• 401K with a company match, historically 4%.
• Company paid healthcare, dental and vision plans.
