Job Description:

Our client is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage multiple medium-scale projects or work streams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and communicate detailed project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions, meeting or exceeding project goals.
  • Monitor budgets and costs for projects, proactively identifying and communicating any adjustments required to meet project milestones.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the project team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control, with the ability to manage project finances effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, with a commitment to ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred but not required.
