POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced project managers to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. You will gain hands-on experience in project management practices and methodologies while working on impactful projects that contribute to the success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills and gain valuable insights into real-world project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects according to established guidelines and timelines.

Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Help coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that all project tasks are completed in time and within scope.

Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones, and report on any deviations or potential delays.

Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop project management skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work

Collaboration and teamwork
