Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Vineland, NJ area.

Title: Production Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities:

•Safety Leadership: Foster a culture of safety by ensuring strict adherence to all protocols.

•Incident Management: Investigate and resolve safety incidents, conducting Root Cause and Corrective Measures (RCCM).

•Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain adequate PPE supplies.

•Quality Assurance: Uphold high product quality standards, ensuring all items meet specifications before dispatch.

•Issue Resolution: Address quality issues from internal production and customer feedback, implementing corrective actions.

•Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.

•Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans aligned with company goals.

•Resource Optimization: Maximize output by optimizing the use of labor, materials, and equipment.

•Effective Communication: Coordinate with scheduling, inventory, and other departments to minimize downtime and production delays.

•Budget Management: Manage production within budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction.

•Rapid Response: Quickly address quality and production issues, prioritizing corrective actions.

•Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis to set goals and make informed production decisions.

•Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring ongoing training and development.

•Labor Allocation: Appropriately allocate labor to meet production needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Clear Communication: Maintain clear communication with upper management, departments, and the production team.

•Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

•Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized production floor to meet housekeeping standards.

•Collaboration: Work with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and address any issues

Qualifications:

•5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role

•SAP experience

•Manual assembly oversight experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish a plus
