Job Description:

• The Production Associate ensures smooth manufacturing processes by operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow Bills of Materials and follow hands-on instruction to construct various product assemblies.
• Use of Power Tools (drills/grinders/saws/rivet and spray guns) and Hand Tools (sanders/saws/vises/hammer/cutters).
• Responsible to check and verify pats prior to assembly and conduct quality checks and measurements.
• Previous welding (tig/mig/carbon/stainless) a plus.

• Perform all duties in a safe manner, support all safety and environmental rules and initiatives.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives to provide continuous improvement of processes and products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading, writing, comprehension and understanding of measurements.
• Heavy lifting (up to 50lb), climbing, bending, standing long periods.
• Wearing PPE (gloves, steel toe shoes, respirators, other dependent on tasks).
• Visual and listening acuity, retention of instructions.
