Role Overview:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional product teams in the eCommerce space
• Collaborate closely with client services and project management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute product strategies for growing and operating digital platforms
• Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to senior stakeholders
• Manage program-level or enterprise priorities with a data-driven, analytical approach

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic product management role, preferably in a professional services environment
• Proven track record of working with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Exposure to a wide range of eCommerce technology platforms, including Drupal, Adobe, Magento, Shopify, and more
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable objectives
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel up to 1 time per month (primarily within the Eastern time zone)
