Position Summary: Develops sales for MRO, OEM and Aftermarket Products for current and new customers, executing the strategic sales plan. Acts as a central point of contact between the assigned customer base and Airtomic Ducting Solutions. Assures we meet customer needs and provide the highest level of value to the customer at all times, communicating and coordinating with all departments, ensuring the optimum results for Airtomic and RBC Bearings, ensuring financial expectations are achieved while maintaining and developing current and future accounts.
Key Position Responsibilities:
• Develops and executes sales plan with the support of the General Manager.
• Responsible for implementing the strategic sales plan for a defined territory, maximizing potential sales and profits for Airtomic Ducting Solution.
• Develops and maintains productive business relationships with current and potential customers, organizations, and partner companies.
• Serves as a primary contact for customer inquiries, general correspondence, requesting technical and pricing data, and other business transactions.
• Identifies product needs through customer relationships and product knowledge.
• Supports resolution of identified customers issues and opportunities.
• Identify customer solutions by clearly articulating customer needs, working closely Quality, Production and Engineering.
• Provides customers with solutions supported by a business case and effective presentations.
• Supports customer inquiries and pricing development.
• Creates technical presentations for customer presentations.
• Develops a technical understanding of the Airtomic product.
• Develops a strategic Business Development plan correlating to the defined territory.
• Provides market analysis to executive level management regarding opportunities and strategies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
Act on behalf of Airtomic
• Act as a representative for the customer
• Increase sales
• Provide clear, timely, responsiveness communication.
• Work with internal/external customers to clarify and resolve issues.
• Provide customer with product options, repair, exchange or purchase.
• Communicate technical information to the customer.
• Manage customer metrics.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery.
• Perform all other duties as required.

• Annually grow key/top customer accounts
• Expand/Add new customers
• Cross-selling (parts and repairs)
Required qualification / Education / and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Business experience with airlines, MRO and parts brokerage companies.
• Direct sales experience.
• Must have experience developing new business domestically (International a plus)
• Solid relationships, business development management experience, excellent research and report writing skills, dynamic and creative problem solving, as well as professional and positive interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate areas of growth on specific platforms and programs which compliment Sargent's capabilities and follow through with forecasted business through put and profitability.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Direct experience capturing new business in the market and knowledge of customers' acquisition processes/practices.
• A strong ability to assess and understand customer technical requirements, as well as understanding and providing value added alternatives to customer solution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of sales aerospace MRO/OEM experience. Experience with aircraft engine overhauls.
• Technical and Program Management background
• Proven record of developing new business MRO, Aftermarket, and OEM customers.
• Established relationships in the MRO and OEM sectors with a proven track record of winning new business including research and development projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the components and systems market with a technical knowledge of systems inclusive of rigid tube components and their operating systems.
Travel Requirements
• Up to 75% travel (possible international travel)
