Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week)
Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the Medicare Stars Analytics function. The position is responsible for managing a portfolio of priorities within the organization, ensuring execution of priorities, and internal executive communications. This role will be responsible for partnering with day-to-day execution arm of the team to ensure long-term, foundational capabilities are being developed to enable long-term success of the group.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Supports the annual planning efforts and the execution of the 3 year annual business plan of internal customer (National Star Team) that includes internal and external communications and associate engagement activities.
- Program responsibilities such as executive reporting, project communications, management of issues logs and change requests, facilitating project meetings, managing deliverables and ensuring resolution of escalated issues
- Develops and coordinates presentations and materials for executive management meetings, internal and external speaking engagements and meetings
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of strategy that includes change management, sponsorship and buy-in and advocacy efforts to get business results
- Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support for initiatives including regulatory and mandated projects, health care reform special projects, and corporate initiatives
- Leads, identifies, tracks and reports on areas for increased efficiency and efficacy.
- Providing Analytical support to team, when bandwidth is constrained
Required Qualifications: - Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional strategic planning activities, with multiple parts of a complex organization
- Experience with communicating to Senior Leaders within a large company
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and / or Medicare Stars
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $129,168 to $193,752
Locations: District of Columbia (Washington, DC)
