Posting Summary:

Answer incoming phone calls and e-mail correspondence; provide clear, accurate information about all aspects of UVM's undergraduate programs and activities; and perform related data entry, with supervision from designated supervisor. Make campus visit reservations. Respond directly to standard inquiries; work with team members to compose such responses and route more complex questions to a counselor or appropriate University office.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Associate's degree and one to three years of related experience required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective communication skill, both oral and written, required. Effective organizational skills required.

Anticipated Pay Range:

$21.15 to $21.66/hr

Special Conditions:

External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Bargaining unit position, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
