Judge Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Carrollton, TX ASAP!
Job Details:
Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Carrollton, TX (ON SITE)
Positions Available: 1
Type of Engagement: Contract (3-6 months)
Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND SHOW PROOF OF CARD UPON SUBMISSION!
Responsibilities:
- Positively, greets patients as they arrive
- Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents
- Collects co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles and issues receipts
- Processes walk-in patients and visitors
- Answers phones and schedules appointments
- Manages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule)
- Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely manner
- Processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- ECW (medical records) knowledge is plus but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, not required
Hours:
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
