Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front office duties, including managing reception and handling phone calls.
- Accurately input, scan, and review documents.
- Sort and distribute invoices and mail.
- Assist with clerical tasks related to legal documentation.
- Provide support to client service representatives and medical records teams, including billing assistance and follow-up calls.
- Take on additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous office/clerical experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and a dependable work ethic.

Location: 100% in-office in Bloomington, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
