We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations at our facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and logistics to streamline operations.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Respond to and resolve operational issues, emergencies, or disruptions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch resources to support job tickets.
• Supervise Location Supervisors and Dispatchers.
• Communicate with the sales team to secure customer requirements and timelines.
• Prepare quotes and generate purchase orders.
• Perform credit verification for all customers.
• Assist in report preparation.
• Be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Policy and safety rules.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ALS Operations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge and understanding of Weatherford Quality Policy and compliance with the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
