Job Duties:
* Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
* Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups; prepare necessary materials.
* Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate client records, databases, and files (digital/hardcopy).
* Support HR activities, including event planning, onboarding, PTO tracking, and document management.
* Assist with marketing, update mailing lists, and manage office and vendor relationships.
* Oversee office organization, supplies, equipment, and mail processing.
* Track service activities and gather client feedback to resolve issues.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3+ years of administrative work experience is required
* Experience with bookkeeping is required
* Working experience in the accounting / financial industry is highly preferred
* Proficient in MS Office Suite is required
* Experience with HR is a plus!
* Knowledge of Salesforce and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $55,000 to $70,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
* Location: In-Office
