Description:
Network Real Estate Specialist | Irving, TX (Hybrid) | 30 Months Project

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
• Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
• Tracking all SNAP A&E Drawings to ensure they have the correct SOW.
• Will be required to work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project team
• Ensure that all parties know the project status and see each project is released to construction on time.
• Conduct deployment calls
• Provide clear communication to the building owner about the changes needed to get the SNAP project approved

Must Have Skills (Most Important):

• FUZE Real Estate and package routing
• 2 or more years Telecommunication Real Estate Project management
• 5 or more years Telecommunication Leasing agreements

Desired Skills:

• Distributed Antenna System Real Estate Environmental and NPEA knowledge
• Distributed Antenna System pricing negotiation

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor from an Accredited University or 5 or more years in Telecommunication Real Estate.
