Job Summary:
In partnership with the Executive Director, the Lead Coordinator assists in linking program quality to service line strategy. The Lead serves as subject matter expert in relevant data, metrics and scorecard development. Additionally, the Lead serves as a resource to program coordinator team, and provides assistance with onboarding new coordinator staff.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
5 years clinical experience in healthcare is required. Previous experience in orthopedics/neuro/spine is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's Degree in a health related field is required. For internal candidates: in lieu of Bachelor's Degree, an Associate Degree in a health related field will be accepted for those who were in the Coord Neuro Msk Spine Svc Line role prior to 7/1/21.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required. Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple data sources and extrapolate data to meaningful use by others.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Current Wisconsin state license as a health care professional is required.
