This is a hands-on, "Boots on the Ground" role for action-oriented leaders. You'll identify risks, create solutions, and execute strategies that make our sites safer and more sustainable. This dual role blends strategic vision with practical execution to deliver real results.

What You'll Do:
- Lead EHS&S strategic planning and execute day-to-day operations at assigned sites.
- Be the go-to expert for managing EHS&S data, reports, and compliance records.

Deploy training programs using our EHS software tools, including SharePoint, CAPA, MOC, and contractor/visitor training systems.
- Oversee compliance across OSHA logs, air emissions, stormwater, and wastewater discharge data.
- Take charge of regulatory submissions, such as Tier II reports, TRI reporting, and stormwater Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).

Ensure site compliance by maintaining and updating required plans like the SWPPP and SPCC.
- Draft and finalize EHS&S programs companywide, aligning them with manufacturing and operational goals.
- Develop and lead impactful EHS&S training programs across all locations, either in person or online.
- Be part of a dynamic audit team conducting multi-media audits and leading incident investigations.
- Collaborate on EHS capital projects and drive continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites.
- Lead and engage Safety Committee meetings, fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
What You Bring:

5+ years of professional EHS&S experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
- Deep knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and their real-world application.
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance, including auditing, training, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels.
- A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and experience with initiatives like Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environment, Health, Safety, or a related field.
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel (30%) and spend significant time in both office and manufacturing environments.

This position is based at our

Greater Cincinnati area or those willing to relocate independently (relocation package not available).
