Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Microsoft Project Service Administrator:

• 3-4 years experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Project Server and Project Online systems (PWA on premises and online).
• Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, Project Server Reporting Services (integrated mode) and other related technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Project Server/Project Online (e.g., timesheets, permission levels, project key information).
• Experience creating and maintaining data structures in Project Server Reporting database.
• Competency in MS Project Online workflow or third-party workflow optimization / toolset like Power Automate or other system.
• Demonstrated ability to work with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills for the Microsoft Project Service Administrator:
