Job Title: Metrology Equipment Engineer (SEMICONDUCTORS)

Location: Sherman, TX

We're seeking a talented Metrology Equipment Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success.

Role Overview:
As a Metrology Equipment Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art metrology systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance on a diverse range of metrology equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Dive into non-routine issues, conducting in-depth troubleshooting on laser, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and cooling systems.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with facilities, IT, equipment, production, and process teams to prioritize tasks and support seamless production moves.
• Technical Leadership:
  Be a go-to resource for tool and maintenance system improvements, driving efficiency and excellence.
• Certifications & Compliance:
  Maintain certifications related to metrology equipment, safety, quality, and 6S practices.
• Reporting:
  Track daily activities, providing clear verbal and written updates.
• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor tool performance and proactively address any non-conformance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with metrology or photo equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
