Ultimate Staffing is seeking an entry-level Member Services Representative!

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay: $17.15 - $21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for new and existing members

• Respond to member requests in a timely manner

• Open and provide information to members on new accounts

• Cross-sell checking account features and benefits

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdraws, transfers, etc.) and account file maintenance

• Abide by the credit union policies, procedures, and standards

• Abide by policies and procedures of SA/AML/OFAC compliance

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 or more years of cash handling experience

• 2 or more years of customer service experience
