Duties: This is a Medical Physics training position. The trainee will work under the supervision of the Medical Physics Residency Coordinator and the Medical Physics Course Leader. The trainee will assist faculty physicists and hospital staff physicists with all aspects of routine medical physics procedures in the Department of Radiation Oncology on a clinical rotation basis.
Qualifications: The minimum of a Master's degree and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The position is also open to those with a doctoral degree in Medical Physics, Physics or a related field. The Medical Physics resident will be expected to work in this training position for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years.
