Volt is immediately hiring for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Edison, NJ.

As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor you will:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
• Make decisions on equipment failure and necessary repairs.
• Train and guide maintenance staff.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with external services when needed.

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues.
• Skilled in at least three trade skills (e.g., plumbing, welding, electrical).
• Familiar with control devices and technical manuals.
• Holds relevant licenses and certifications.
• Physically capable of accessing all areas of the plant.
• Must be okay with working on the weekends. Regular scheduled days off will be during the week.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
