Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Logistics Coordinator:

Provide logistics support for various channels including Direct-to-Consumer, Tour, and Retail
Coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring timely delivery to the end destination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance satisfaction
Liaise with operations management team to confirm tracking, packing lists, and proof of deliveries
Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from our fulfillment centers

Required Skills for Logistics Coordinator:

Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and trends, make educated conclusions based upon data
Embraces teamwork; shares ideas/methods to improve performance
Experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce is preferred
Logistics and transportation experience preferred
In-house warehousing and distribution experience preferred
Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain preferred
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable in music or entertainment industry
Experience with order management and customer service
Experience managing data from multiple reporting systems

Compensation Details: $26/hr
