Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an onsite, temp to perm role with our client in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours (8:45am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch).

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as paralegal in the areas of premises liability, products liability, construction and/or commercial litigation. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Essential duties include preparing drafts of initial pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence relating to litigation. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, assisting with trial preparation, and summarizing legal documents.
