We are currently hiring an LPN in New Haven CT.

Responsibilities will include triaging calls, answering medical questions, responding to prescription issues and handling prescription refills. Additional duties as requested, including scheduling appointments.

**You will be required to train in house for at least 2 weeks and then will be given the equipment needed to work from home after the training period is complete.**

This position is 37.5 hours a week and pays $33.92/hour.

Candidate must have a valid LPN license.
