About the Opportunity:

Are you an experienced finance professional with a knack for customer service and a passion for fitness? Join our dynamic Customer Finance team at Life Fitness/Hammer Strength as a Lease Financing Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll facilitate sales for our innovative fitness equipment by delivering tailored financing solutions to our customers. Collaborating closely with the direct sales force, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. **This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - typically M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Interfaces heavily with potential customers, to provide financial solutions for their equipment needs. Solicit financing for potential customers, and coordinate with the direct sales force to maximize sales potential.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the external and internal customers alike. Following up continuously with both, to ensure that all the customer needs are met and communication is at a high level.
• Establish sales/financing relationships with the customers to increase the likelihood of future sales and financing opportunities. Demonstrating to the customers that you are providing them financial solutions.
• Continuously follow up with all the Sales Representatives in your territory and provide them with outstanding customer service and communication.
• Provide financing quotes as requested by sales and customers.
• Obtains necessary information from customers to perform credit review and underwriting. Analyze the data accurately to provide the best financial recommendation based upon the risk factors, while using the most reasonable date that can be obtained from the customer and validating the key items as is reasonable. Express the conclusion in a well-documented, thought out and thorough analysis and memo document.
• Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Two (2) + sales support/customer financing/lease sales experience.
• Leasing Sales or Fitness Industry Sales Experience a plus.
• Computer literacy required (Excel, Word, TValue)

Education:

• BS in Marketing, Management, Communications or Finance or equivalent experience.
