Job Description

Overview: Eurofins Medical Device Package Testing team is recruiting a Lab Technician to assist with preparing testing samples, ordering lab supplies, placing and collecting samples from chambers, and other lab related activities. This is a entry level role with an opportunity to expanding into testing of medical devices and pharmaceutical products such as pen or auto-injectors, catheters, sutures, and other products.

Essential job Functions:

  • Replenish and order lab supplies.
  • Collect, prepare, and set-up test samples for testing.
  • Perform visual inspection of samples to prepare for aging inside chambers.
  • Able to comprehend and use computer-controlled laboratory equipment.
  • Able to Interface with other departments within the company
  • Assist with testing equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Works in a safe and efficient manner
  • Weekly cleanup of the testing center

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and others).
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates who live within a commutable distance from Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
