About Dexcom's Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom's U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country.Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. • Team Highlights: As a Paper Analytics & Operations Intern you will join a team that cross-functionally intersects Legal, Finance, Pricing, Account Executives, Commercial Operations, and our customers. Our team develops contracts to meet strategic goals for access and distribution while protecting Dexcom's goals for growth and profitability. Supporting our Channel, PBM and Medicaid business, this role will provide Medicaid support, rebate analysis, create SOPs and more.
  

Where you come in:

• You will support gross-to-net submissions, including validation and reconciliation, customer communications, dispute resolution, coordination of payments, while ensuring deadlines and conditions in contracts are met (e.g. chargebacks, rebates, payments, reports).
  
• As requested, you may update and/or provide reporting on contracts, contract prices, payments and disputes for assistance with contract management, government filings, reports, audits, etc.
  
• You will help develop department SOPs that support our Contracting, Payer Analytics & Operations functions
  

What makes you successful:

• You have exceptional attention to detail, evident in your written and verbal communication skills.
  
• You are experienced in fast-paced, matrix environments that require you to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  
• Familiarity with Tableau and IQVIA preferred

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  
• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
  

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Remote Workplace:

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
