An international intellectual property law firm is looking for a highly skilled Intellectual Property Legal Assistant to join their team in Boulder, CO. MUST have IP experience.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Will be assisting with patent prosecution cases
• Prepare documentation
• File with the USPTO and PCT- US and international patent applications
• Draft correspondence
• Create non-substantive prosecution documents
• Manage the docket

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MUST have 2+ years of IP/patent prosecution experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills- emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Hybrid schedule- 2 days/week in-office in Boulder, CO & 3 days/week from home

Salary: $50-$80k/yr.
