Position Summary
The Special Projects and Events Coordinator is a member of the Hillary Rodham Clinton Center (HRCC) team with responsibility for coordinating the Center's operations and large scale programming efforts across campus with a variety of stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesThe Hillary Rodham Clinton Center is composed of three main components -- the sophomore Clinton Fellows Program, the Faculty Research Initiative, and the annual Clinton Summit. This role will be charged with working collaboratively with the Program Director and Co-Faculty Directors to ensure smooth execution of all Center programming and logistics. From the planning and management of events to developing the Center's systems, you will use your operational expertise to support all programs.
Strategic Event Design
- Work with the HRCC team to design and execute Center programming
- Track and archive student participation
- Serve as a liaison to campus partners including printer, catering, and facilities departments
Operations and Budget Management
- Develop, refine, and maintain Center tools for efficiency and effectiveness for templates, schedules, meeting coordination, and functions
- Manage and track HRCC budget including Center spending, purchasing, and processing payments
Communication
- Manage team and partner communications
- Assessment Metrics: Track and archive key program assessments
- Oversee Center Resources: Identify and build resource toolkit for Center event programming
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of strong project management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Suite (Forms, Site, Photos, etc.), Web proficiency
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
Education Required- Bachelor's degree required
Experience Required- 3+ years of operations, project management or related experience
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask and accept direction from multiple people in the Center
This position works on a hybrid schedule.
