Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group is in search of a strong HACCP Coordinator for an exciting, rapidly expanding Food Manufacturer in Chicago's northern suburbs. You'll have an opportunity to grow with a company that has doubled it's sales over just the past few years and continues to invest in major growth and expansion across the US.

As HACCP Coordinator you'll administer and analyze all of the company's activities in support of regulatory compliance programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all external vendor communications.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• CCP Documentation for review and corrective actions
• Track all failures and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner
• In charge of HACCP Plan Maintenance
• Responsible for all HACCP Training of Quality staff
• USDA and shelf life sampling

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required - Ideally in Food Science, Biology, Animal Science, Chemistry or similar
• HACCP or PCQI Certification
• 3 years of Food Manufacturing experience in Quality, Food Safety, Sanitation or Regulatory Compliance
• USDA/FDA Experience is preferred
