The Global Services Strategic Product Manager is responsible for developing the global service marketing strategy and building compelling value propositions for new Beckman Coulter Life Sciences' products or product lines with the end goal of upholding positioning, driving product adoption and attachment rates, and growing product revenue.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Global Service Strategy and Commercial Excellence and is part of the is part of the Global Service Marketing group located in Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create the long-term roadmap of service offerings for new products and develop Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and service product positioning in the marketplace, particularly service contract strategy for new product introductions by defining needed service offerings, managing milestone deliverables ahead of launch including part numbers, customer-facing material, and driving internal launch preparedness globally.

• Ensure service value drivers are understood and addressed during hardware product design.

• Participate in Launch Excellences (LEx) and New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure the integration of service needs, marketing/messaging, pricing and launch forecasts.

• Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for service offering improvements and enhancements. Implement strategies to sustain growth, optimize pricing, and expand the market share.

• Collaborate with Tech Support when developing new service offerings to understand cost to service and details of services delivered and translate insights into messaging and appropriate pricing.

The essential requirements for the job include:

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years experience or a Masters Degree with 7+ years experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related field, with a proven track record in product launch planning and a strong understanding of customer workflows.

• Experience in Service and Support or Life Sciences.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Service and support performance measurements, statistics, benchmarks and industry best practice global deployment roll out.

• Project management skills with history of working on complex projects in a highly matrixed environment.

• Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into robust business cases.

The salary range $135,000 - $155,000, depending on location and experience This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
