RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Clearwater, FL that is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst.Responsibilities:- Manages designing, writing, testing and maintaining various complex financial reports and ad hoc requests, including writing and maintaining complex excel macros
- Provides management and other departments with accurate, timely and useful communications, including reports and analysis to enable them to make appropriate decisions
- Ad hoc analysis for management
- Occasional usage of SAP including BW (Business Warehouse) queries and Analysis for Microsoft Excel queries
- May assist with other Corporate Financial Applications such as Workiva (used for 302 certification process), SharePoint (multiple uses), TM1 (used for planning), etc.
- Actively takes part and provides relative contribution in all team tasks to ensure the final objective is met
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with other departments across multiple countries
- Promotes a customer service focused environment in support of internal customers
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the group and cross departmentally
- Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Systems required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Systems preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge and application of VBA & Intermediate/Advanced Excel required
- Advanced VBA knowledge a plus
- Strong knowledge of SAP-BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) report design and maintenance preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
