RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Bellevue, WA.Summary:The Delivery FP&A team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in a critical role. The position involves managing financial reporting, operational performance analysis, and headcount reporting for the Delivery Team.Key Responsibilities Include:- Financial Analyst will be managing the Headcount Management Tool and serving as a subject matter expert in headcount management
- Generating headcount reports, conducting variance analysis, and assisting with operational planning processes
- Providing narratives and commentaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual financials of the Delivery Team
- Collaborating with other finance leaders to review, cross-check, and update information in the commentary tool
- As a Financial Analyst, you will be developing weekly business reviews, monthly and quarterly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting models
- Identifying and resolving complex data integrity issues
- Leading standardization of network processes to promote consistent and accurate financial reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience
- They must be well-versed in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Cognos, with knowledge of Python being desirable
- Analytical skills
- The ideal candidate should possess strong financial knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to build financial models with minimal guidance
- The role demands exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as direct interaction with leadership is common
- The successful candidate must be able to effectively influence business partners, provide accurate reporting against fast deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; Work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations; Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
- Advanced excel and analysis skills
- Experience with Cognos, Python, Quicksight/Tableau/Power BI and SQL is a strong plus
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
