Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to three executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements and expenses. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle sensitive information with discretion.

Travel and Event Management
  • Seamless travel coordination: Plan and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled and contingencies are in place for disruptions.
  • Event planning: Organize events, lunches, and management conferences, ensuring these are aligned with company goals and provide maximum value to participants.

Strategic Calendar and Priority Management
  • Manage and prioritize schedules for the President, Chief Financial Officer, Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing: Ensure time is allocated effectively to the highest-value activities, including strategic initiatives, board meetings, investor relations, and key decision-making sessions.
  • Gatekeeping and filtering: Filter meetings, calls, and appointments to prioritize strategic engagements.
  • Capacity planning: Ensure adequate time for deep work, creative strategy sessions, and reflection to promote thoughtful decision-making.

High-Level Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up
  • Meeting agendas and minutes: Set clear agendas with objectives for all meetings. Take ownership of action items during meetings and ensure follow-through.
  • Post-meeting follow-up: Track deliverables and deadlines discussed in meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are held accountable for their tasks.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience providing executive-level support, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives at a high-profile organization.
  • Education: Associate degree.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment and handle changes with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a Positive and Humble Attitude: Approach every task with a can-do mindset, balancing competing priorities with professionalism and care. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed. Exhibit humility by being willing to take on tasks of any level-whether managing a high-profile client meeting or handling administrative details-to support the success of the executives and the organization.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail in every task, ensuring flawless execution in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements.
  • Global Travel Expertise: Significant experience managing complex global travel, including the preparation of all necessary documentation for international travel.
  • Prioritization and Urgency: Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and urgency. The ability to manage time effectively across multiple time zones is essential.
  • Polished Executive Presence: Represent Silgan Containers with professional maturity and poise in all interactions and events.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, anticipating needs and creating solutions that support the goals of the Office.
  • Integrity and Discretion: Display the highest level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
