Ultimate Staffing has several Executive Assistant openings throughout the Houston area, from Downtown to NW Houston. These are permanent positions with benefits, some are hybrid and some are in office. Salary range from $85K - $120K.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 yrs supporting C-level executives
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Domestic/International travel arrangement experience
• Experience preparing for BOD meetings
• Must be trustworthy and confidential in nature
