Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Salary: $26.00 USD Hourly - $28.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a EVS Supervisor II
*This is a 2pm -11pm shift!!*

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Direct and lead staff in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards according to hospital and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Coordinate and motivate employees to complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly.
• Conduct frequent quality control inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive environment.
• Handle emergency cleaning situations (e.g., broken glass, blood, urine) to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Oversee new employee orientation and ongoing training related to cleaning techniques, chemical use, safety, and standard precautions.
• Apply Human Resource policies, manage attendance, and address employee issues.
• Improve operational efficiency and participate in committees.
• Provide backup support for management and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read color-coded labels and follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited institution (verified).
• Certification from IEHA or CHESP.
• Professional housekeeping experience.

Physical Requirements: Carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking.
