Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the inventory of construction equipment, ensuring accurate records, and tracking of all assets.
• Provide product knowledge support to internal teams and, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to construction equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the Equipment Manager and other team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel, providing insights into equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors, to coordinate equipment orders, repairs, and maintenance.
• Support training initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on equipment management strategies and improvements.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team objectives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in equipment industry or support roles is a plus but not required.
