Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Email Designer/Developer to join their dynamic team. This fully remote role will be responsible for designing and developing various email campaigns, including promotional, grand opening, and loyalty campaigns, along with related assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop retina-ready, mobile-first interactive emails with dynamic content scripts using HTML & CSS, ensuring compatibility across all ESPs, browsers, and devices.
- Support email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (HTML/AMPscript), Movable Ink, and other campaign automation tools.
- Make design edits during the proofing process in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with our client's Email Marketing Team to understand priorities and deployment schedules.
- Manage multiple work streams, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines with high-quality design.
- Stay up-to-date with email best practices, ESP capabilities, and emerging tools and techniques for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality work by thoroughly proofing and being accountable for accuracy.
- Consistently apply style guide conventions.
- Deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creatively solve problems and provide solutions.
- Adapt to changing business needs to support overall enterprise goals.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital visual design for marketing and/or advertising projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Dreamweaver (or other coding tools).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent ESP), Movable Ink, Litmus (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and general CMS experience.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- An excellent online design portfolio.
