Academic Req: Required - Bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university; Preferred - Graduate degree from accredited program/institution

Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention

Work Experience: Required - Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training; Preferred - Six (6) plus years of related experience and/or training

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
2. Maintains daily productivity standards.
3. Provide timely and accurate records and data to all programs, Assistant Deputy Directors, and the Compass Connections President or Executive Director.
4. Collaborate as a team using diverse analytic skills and background.
5. Demonstrate ability to review and articulate own work.
6. Build strong relationships with both external & internal clients.
7. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.
8. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by supervisor.
9. Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency.
10. Ensuring consistent, appropriate communication with Program for service-related inquiries and issues working to identify improvement opportunities to the service provided to the field for consistency and accuracy.
11. Ensure operational efficiency.
12. Develops, writes, and reviews department procedures, and practices for compliance with state and federal standards for programs; and makes recommendations for revisions.
13. Provides technical standards compliance assistance to staff, supervisors, and administrators as requested.
14. Assists with preparing, analyzing, monitoring, and correcting data for reports.
15. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
16. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the data provided to leadership within Compass Connections is of high quality of content and context for accuracy, currency, and is free from critical errors, including inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies.
2. When required, serve as a liaison between Compass Connections Headquarters and programs and departments in the organization.
3. Review all data to ensure compliance with federal, CARF accreditation, state minimum standards, internal policy and procedures, and other contractual requirements.
4. Analyze data as a result of quality reviews and audits to support the completion of quality analysis reports to be used in the identification of recommendations for continuous quality improvement actions.
5. Ensure staff entrance and exit from Compass Connections is surveyed, evaluated, and if necessary, actionable.
6. Meet all pre-determined deadlines required by program and federal partners.

Requirements:
1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
2. Present in a professional manner, adhering to the organization's code of conduct at all times.
3. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
4. Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
5. Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
c. Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by Compass Connections when needed to maintain a safe environment.
d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
