Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Director, IT Program Management Office to join our team in our Kimberton, PA headquarters.

Job Summary:

The Director, IT Program Management Office (PMO) will lead the establishment and management of the IT PMO for Carlisle's Weatherproofing Technology Division, ensuring the successful execution of IT projects aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in program and project management methodologies, IT governance, and organizational change management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain the IT PMO framework for CWT, including project management methodologies, processes, and tools, to standardize project delivery and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
* Define and implement project governance structures, including project charters, steering committees, and decision-making processes, to provide oversight and accountability for IT initiatives.
* Develop and maintain a portfolio management process to prioritize and resource IT projects based on strategic objectives, business value, and resource availability.
* Provide leadership, talent development, and mentoring to project managers and project teams, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) IT and PMO teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives, and ensure alignment with business priorities and expectations.
* Manage the CWT IT project portfolio and team members, monitoring project progress, milestones, and risks, and proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and maintain project management metrics and reporting mechanisms to track project performance, evaluate outcomes, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
* Establish and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT PMO, promoting knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and the adoption of industry best practices.
* Establish and lead organizational change management (OCM for CWT) initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes, methodologies, and tools within the IT organization.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in project management and IT governance, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve project delivery capabilities.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* High degree of influence and collaboration at all levels of the organization
* Knowledge of data systems, leading vendors, and technologies in the PMO, Resource management, and Change Management areas
* Ability to build, manage, and lead a high performing team.
* Advanced knowledge of project management disciplines.
* Ability to execute programs and projects without ongoing supervision or oversight Passion for building and developing talent within the organization.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving organizational change and delivering business value through IT initiatives.
* Proven ability to manage and mentor project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements related to IT project management.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

* Office setting or dedicated workspace in a home office setting
* Ability to high-speed internet connection to facilitate video calls, CRM management and project management activities.

Education and Experience:

* Required:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
* Proven experience 10+ years in a leadership role overseeing program and project management at a large organization (over $1B in revenue)
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
* Preferred:

* Advanced degree in business management or a technical discipline
* Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Experience with project portfolio management tools and techniques for prioritizing, tracking, and managing project portfolios.
