Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer. Design projects and roles can vary in scope and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs for web, social media, email campaigns, product, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design Development: Create engaging and on-brand digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and digital ads.

* Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital channels, ensuring cohesive visual identity.

* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs.

* UX/UI Support: Contribute to website and app design with a user-centered approach, ensuring seamless and visually appealing interfaces.

* Animation & Multimedia: Develop basic animations or motion graphics for social media, videos, or presentations as needed.

* Optimization: Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring proper resolution, dimensions, and format for each channel.

* Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.

* Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on team input, ensuring final assets meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

* Proven experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital work.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web design tools is a plus.

* Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
