Come join our awesome team as a Dietary Assistant with Anoka Rehabilitation & Living Center. We are offering a generous sign on bonus of $5,000 for full time and $2,500 for part time (Sign on bonuses are paid out quarterly over 2 years).

Anoka RLC is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a difference by providing companionship and much needed human interaction for our residents who have been separated from their loved ones due to the pandemic's restrictions on visitors.

Pay: Starting at $15.50 per hour based on previous experience

Open Shifts:

Part time and Full time AM and PM shifts available, every other weekend is required

ESSENTIALS:
  • Assists in food preparation and ensures dining room is ready for service
  • Daily interaction and conversation with residents while serving them meals
  • Cleaning duties
  • Be a friendly face, in this time of need, for our residents
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work in a Healthcare /Senior Living environment that is taking precautions for COVID-19.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures used for work assignments, instructions, recipe directions and diet order cards.
  • Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
