The University of Denver (DU), a private institution dedicated to the public good, invites nominations and applications for the Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.

The University seeks a collaborative and visionary leader who will serve as a strong advocate for the arts, humanities and social sciences and will marshal resources necessary to support the College's goals. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated record of effective communication with stakeholders both on and off campus, prior administrative experience in a similar setting and in a similar role, and a notable track record in fundraising and fiscal management.

The next dean will be human centered, relational, courageous, and committed to empowering students, staff, and faculty toward excellence and impact. Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is UC.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $280,000 - $320,000

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
