Zurich North America is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our Overland Park, Kansas office. While this position will be based out of our Overland Park office, we are offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, your customers, and the team.

The Customer Service Representative is part of the Finance Operations Team. In this role you will be responsible for the resolution of customer billing inquiries, received by incoming calls and e-mails, by researching and partnering with internal business partners, ensuring the customer billing questions are answered and the actions taken meet or exceed the established service levels, regulations, and defined procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Account Management area

OR

* Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Account Management area

Preferred Qualifications:

* Billing experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Experience working with all levels of an organization

* Excellent people skills

* Ability to problem solve

* Analytical problem-solving skills

* Critical thinking skills

* Ability to deescalate, show empathy

* Robust experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

* Experience with CRM software like Salesforce
