We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent organizational skills and a winning attitude. This individual's primary responsibility is to receive and direct both callers and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner, as well as assisting with other duties as assigned.
• The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting clients and coordinating service needs in both English and Spanish
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required
• Previous experience in customer service or client support, ideally in a collision center or manufacturing environment
• Operate as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, replying to inquiries, managing orders, and solving issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by phone, live chat, and email, precisely and promptly addressing their needs
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage of $20.00/Hr
