The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for resolving our customers' business and technical challenges related to the CSG product portfolio by maximizing the value and the associated processes, best practices, procedures and services. The Customer Delivery Manager is a CSG product and technical SME and functions as an integrator between business needs and technology driven solutions. This role identifies and collaborates with others on the development of solutions to small to mildly-complex business problems, shaping solutions, designing and re-engineering critical processes as necessary and participating in the transformation of the way a customer best adopts our solutions. Executed correctly, this role enhances the overall user experience of the CSG product portfolio.

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager who will:

• Leverage CGS product knowledge to assist customers
• Participate in calls, training sessions, and QBR's with external customers
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers
• Coordinate trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution, customer satisfaction and will escalate tickets, as appropriate
• Collaborate with Customer Relationship Manager and act as a liaison between customer and internal teams ensuring CSG aligns to delivering in the best interests of the customer
• Support change management ensuring all acceptance criteria is met with no customer impact
• Support after hours on-call duties, as necessary

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of product, solutions, and/or technical customer support experience in a comparable environment
• 2+ years of strong issue management skills; analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to identify and facilitate problem resolution in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal/external clients at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to consult with the customer and assist them in defining their needs based on product industry knowledge under minimal supervision
• Ability to travel to site locations up to 10%
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with the flexibility and adaptability to respond to changes
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$64,938.52-$103,901.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
