Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $21-$24/hour

Our client, a well-established marketing company in Portland, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional service to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide detailed information about products or services and proactively recommend solutions to common concerns.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
